The Sinai Divers centre which started operating in Aqaba 2009 is located directly on the beautiful beach of the 5 star Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay, just 20 km south of the City centre. Surrounded by mountainous deserts, Aqaba is not far from other attractions in Jordan, such as the ancient city of Petra. But without a doubt the main attractions in Aqaba are the pristine coral reefs , all part of the Marine Park and protected.
